Nokia T20 Education Edition was revealed as the new variant of the Nokia T20 tablet that was revealed a few weeks ago globally. The new laptop sports similar specifications to the Nokia T20 but as the name suggests ” Education Edition ” it has more apps and features for students and has some parental controls so as to monitor the kids.

Nokia T20 Education Edition features 10.4 inches with 1200 x 2000 pixels resolution, 400 nits peak brightness, and SGS Low blue light certification.  Under the hood, the tablet comes powered with a Unisoc T610 octa-core chipset that includes 2 x Cortex A75 cores clocked at 1.80 GHz and 6 x Cortex A55 cores clocked at 1.80 GHz. It is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage with a storage expansion slot.

Coming to optics, the Nokia T20 Education Edition boasts an 8-megapixel solo rear camera along with an LED flash and a 5-megapixel selfie sensor under the thick bezels. The handset is running on Android 11 out of the box. The device is packed with an 8200mah battery and it supports 15W fast charging and comes bundled with a 10W charger.

The parents can check the usage of the tablet at any time through WeChat, and can close, uninstall the apps. As per the report, the Nokia T20 Education Edition comes with nine simultaneous teaching aids and there is no need to download additional apps or purchase any separate courses for all categories including elementary, middle, and high schools. 

Nokia stated that the teaching supplement content will be updated from time to time and supports functions including reading textbooks, translating between multiple countries, correcting oral calculations, and more. Nokia T20 Education Edition price has not been revealed by the company yet but the device will be available for purchase from next month.
