Vivo Y76 5G was revealed as the new 5G budget smartphone in Malaysia. The company already announced the Vivo Y76s 5G in the hometown with MediaTek Dimensity 810, 50MP dual rear camera, 44W fast charging. The new smartphone comes with a MediaTek entry-level 5G chipset, 50MP triple rear camera, and more.
Vivo Y76 5G features a 6.58 inches IPS LCD display with a Full-HD+ ( 1080 x 2408 pixels ) resolution, 460nits peak brightness, 90.6 percent screen to body ratio, and 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 octa-core chipset that comes coupled with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It is accompanied by 8GB of RAM with 4GB virtual RAM support, and 128GB of internal storage.
the Vivo Y76 5G boasts a triple rear camera that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 2-megapixel macro lens with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone sports a 16-megapixel front-facing camera under the waterdrop notch. The smartphone is packed with a 4100mah battery and supports 44W fast charging.
The Vivo Y76 5G is running on Android 11 with Funtouch OS 12 skin on top. For connectivity, the smartphone includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 163.84 x 75.00 x 7.79mm and weighs 175 grams. Sensors onboard, the Vivo Y76 5G sports an Accelerometer, Ambient Light sensor, proximity, e-compass, gyroscope, and side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
As for the official pricing ang availability, the Vivo Y76 5G comes in a solo configuration of 8GB + 128GB priced at RM 1,299 ( Rs. 23, 000 approx ), and the company offered the smartphone in two color options namely Cosmic Aurora, and Midnight Black. The handset is available to buy in Malaysia via Vivo online store.
