Vivo Y74s 5G smartphone was revealed in China silently as the new budget 5G device from the Chinese Tech Giant. The handset has similar specs to the Vivo Y76s 5G that went official earlier this month in China. It comes with a waterdrop notch display, MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset, dual rear camera, 4100mah battery, fast charging, and more.

Vivo Y74s 5G features a 6.58 inches IPS LCD display with a Full-HD+ resolution,  90.61 percent screen to body ratio, and 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with a MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset that comes paired with Mali G57 MC2 GPU. It is accompanied by 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of internal storage that can be extended via a microSD card slot.

The Vivo Y74s 5G boasts a dual rear camera that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the dewdrop notch. The smartphone is backed by a 4100mah battery and supports 44W fast charging.

The Vivo Y74s 5G is running on Android 11 with Origin OS 1.0 on top. For connectivity, the smartphone includes 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Additionally, the handset includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a face unlock for security.

Af the official pricing and availability, the Vivo Y74s 5G comes in a solo configuration of 8GB + 256GB priced at 2,299 yuan ( Rs. 26,800 approx ) and the smartphone is offered in two color options namely Galaxy Blue and Starry Night Black. The company hasn’t disclosed its availability in the country yet.
