HTC Wildfire E2 Plus was revealed as the new budget smartphone from the Taiwan-based Tech Giant. it is not clear whether HTC has stopped mobile production or not but it seems that the company hasn’t completely stopped manufacturing smartphones yet. Like other HTC smartphones, it is quite overpriced.
HTC Wildfire E2 Plus features a 6.82 inches IPS LCD display with an HD+ ( 720 x 1640 pixels ) resolution, 90hz fast refresh rate, and 263PPI pixel density. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a Unisoc Tiger T610 octa-core chipset that comes coupled with Mali G52MP2 GPU. It is accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that can be extended via a microSD card slot up to 256GB.
In terms of camera, the HTC Wildfire E2 Plus boasts a dual rear camera that includes 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture, a 5-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the waterdrop notch. The handset comes running on Android 11 OS out of the box.
The HTC Wildfire E2 Plus is packed with a 4600mah battery and there is no information regarding the charging whether it supports fast charging or not. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 78.6 x 174.2 x 9.3 mm and weighs 210 grams. For connectivity options, the smartphone includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
As for the pricing and availability, the HTC Wildfire E2 Plus comes in a solo configuration of 4GB + 64Gb priced at 12,990 RUB ( Rs. 13,300 approx ). The company offered the smartphone in a single Black color option. The handset can be purchased via the Citilink e-commerce platform website in Russia.
