Oppo has just launched a new A-series smartphone with mid-level specs, called the Oppo A95 5G. The new phone has been launched in the homeland China. As per the design and specifications, the new Oppo A95 5G is similar to India’s Oppo F19 5G. the handset comes with MediaTek’s Dimensity 800U, fast charging technology, and 5G connectivity.
The Oppo A95 5G features a 6.43-inch display with a Full-HD+ resolution. The screen carries a 60Hz refresh rate and 90.8 percent screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset paired with a 5G connectivity. The chipset also has a Mali G57 GPU. It is paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.
In the camera department, the Oppo A95 5G provides triple cameras in a curved-rectangular module that houses a 48MP primary sensor with an F1.7 lens, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with an F2.2 lens, and a 2MP macro sensor with an F2.4 lens. For selfie and video calling, it brings a 16MP front camera with an F2.4 lens. The dua-SIM smartphone runs on Android 11 out of the box with ColorOS 11.1 skin on the top.
Oppo A95 5G is backed by a 4,310mAh battery that supports 30W VOOC flash charging. The connectivity options are similar to other smartphones like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, USB Type-C Port, and GPS. Thankfully, it provides a 3.5mm audio jack which is hardly coming in any phones nowadays. The dimensions are 160.1 x 73.4 x 7.8mm and weighs 173 grams. Additionally, it has an in-display sensor.
The Oppo A95 5G carries two models in China with different price tags. The 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage variant price is set for CNY 1,999 (approximately Rs. 22,000). The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model comes at CNY 2,299 (approximately Rs. 26,000). It brings Black, Blue, and Silver color options. It will be going on sale in China later this month.
