Motorola Moto G50 5G is yet another budget 5G smartphone from the Lenovo owned tech giant. It carries a price tag of 249.99 euro and will be available in some regions of Europe. The handset comes with an HD+ waterdrop notch display, 48MP triple rear camera, a big 5000mah battery, Snapdragon entry-level 5G chipset and a lot more.
Motorola Moto G50 features a 6.5 inches Max Vision IPS display with HD+ ( 720 x 1600 pixels ) resolution along with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with a Snapdragon 480 octa-core chipset coupled with Adreno 619 GPU. It is accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage that can be extended up to 1TB via a microSD card slot. In terms of dimensions, it measures 164.9 x 74.9 x 8.95 mm and weighs 192 grams.
In terms of camera department, the Motorola Moto G50 5G boasts a triple rear camera that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture, a 5-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone has a 13-megapixel front-facing camera under the dewdrop notch. The device is running on Android 11 out of the box.
The Motorola Moto G50 5G comes equipped with a 5000mah battery and supports 15W fast charging but only a 10W charger is included in the box. For connectivity, the handset includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors onboard, the device sports a Notification LED type, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, accelerometer, Gyroscope, Sar sensor (compatible), barometer (TMO: yes, others: no), and a rear-mounted physical fingerprint sensor.
As for pricing and availability, the Motorola Moto G50 5G comes in two configurations, 4GB + 64GB, and 4GB + 128GB. The device comes at a starting price of 249.99 euro ( Rs. 21,300 approx ) and also the 128GB version is available in some regions of Europe. The company offered the smartphone in two colour options namely steel grey, and aqua green.
