Honor X7 smartphone has been announced in Malaysia. The new device by Honor gets a 6.74-inch FullView Display with 90Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC under the hood, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 22.5W Honor SuperCharge technology. The official pricing and availability details for Honor X7 will be announced on March 29 at 8:30pm MYT (6pm IST).

The Honor X7 comes with a 90 Hz refresh rate 6.74-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 720x1600 pixels (HD+). Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. At the heart, The device runs Android 11 OS and is powered by a 5,000mAh non-removable battery. The handset supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Honor X7 on the rear packs a quad camera setup featuring a 48-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and a 5-megapixel (f/2.2) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies and video calls, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.

On the front software, the Honor X7 runs Magic UI 4.2 is based on Android 11 out of the box and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage (up to 512GB). The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. In terms of dimensions, the device measures 167.59 x 77.19 x 8.62mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 198.00 grams.

For connectivity options on the Honor X7 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, USB OTG, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G. Sensors on the smartphone include ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The handset supports face unlock. It was launched in Ocean Blue and Titanium Silver colours.
