Honor X9 5G smartphone has been silently announced in Malaysia. The handset sports a 6.81-inch full-HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC paired with 8GB of RAM. The device also features RAM expansion of up to 2GB. It sports a triple rear camera setup headlined by a 48-megapixel primary sensor.

Under the hood, The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC paired with 8GB of RAM. The device also features RAM expansion of up to 2GB. The handset runs on Android 11 operating system.
In terms of optics, the Honor X9 5G on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 48-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies and video calls, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 aperture. The smartphone is powered by a 4,800mAh non-removable battery. The device supports proprietary fast charging.
On the front software, the Honor X9 5G runs Magic UI 4.2 is based on Android 11 OS out of the box and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage. The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 166.07 x 75.78 x 8.05mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 189.00 grams.

It was launched in Midnight Black, Ocean Blue, and Titanium Silver colours.
