iQoo Z6 5G smartphone was launched in India on March 16 (Wednesday). As for the key highlights, the new iQoo handset comes with a 120Hz display and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC. It also comes with up to 8GB of RAM and runs on Android 12 out-of-the-box. The device features a dual camera setup, and supports a 5000mAh battery.
The iQoo Z6 5G comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.58-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2408 pixels at a pixel density of 401 pixels per inch (ppi). Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The handset runs Android 12 OS and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The device supports proprietary fast charging.
In terms of optics, the iQOO Z6 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies and video calls, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.
On the front software, the iQOO Z6 5G runs Funtouch OS 12 is based on Android 12 out of the box and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 1000GB). The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 164.00 x 75.84 x 8.25mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 187.00 grams.
For connectivity options on the iQOO Z6 5G include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks) , and 5G. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, compass/ magnetometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. It was launched in Chromatic Blue and Dynamo Black colours.
