OnePlus had launched its truly wireless stereo (TWS) earphones, called Buds Pro, in India last August. Now, a new Radiant Silver color variant of the earbuds has been listed on the official website of the company. Same as other color options, the Radiant Silver color will be priced at Rs. 9,990. The earphones are expected to launch alongside the OnePlus 10 Pro on March 31.
OnePlus's modus operandi has always been presenting premium features at an affordable price. The Buds Pro is no different. At a price below Rs. 10,000, the company has packed the TWS earphones with features that are normally found in premium devices. We assume that the addition of a new color is the brand's way of making sure that the earbuds stay fresh and relevant.
OnePlus Buds Pro bears an in-ear design with a glossy stem and silicone tips. The earphones have an IP55-rating for sweat and water resistance, while the charging case has an IPX4-rated build quality. It has touch controls for music playback and voice assistance.
OnePlus Buds Pro houses a 40mAh battery, while the charging case packs a 520mAh battery. The earbuds last up to 28 hours with ANC and up to 38 hours without ANC. With Warp Charge, the earphones provide 10 hours of playback with a 10-minute charge.
The OnePlus Buds Pro has three microphones in each bud with a Smart Adaptive Noise Cancellation feature that blocks out unwanted surround sound at up to 40dB. The earphones pack 11mm dynamic drivers with Dolby Atmos support and have a gaming mode that offers a 94ms low-latency connection. It also supports Zen Mode, Bluetooth 5.2, and OnePlus Audio ID.
For pricing and availability, the OnePlus Buds Pro is priced at Rs. 9,990. The upcoming Radiant Silver variant will carry the same price-tag. It is offered in Glossy White and Matte Black color options with Radiant Silver soon joining the line-up. The earphones are up for grabs via Amazon, the official OnePlus website, and partner retail outlets.
