Realme Narzo 50A Prime smartphone has been silently launched in Indonesia. It is the fourth model in the Narzo 50 series after the and vanilla Narzo 50, Narzo 50A, and Narzo 50i. As for the key highlights, the device has a waterdrop notch for the selfie snapper, a triple camera layout arranged in a square module, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, and multiple colour options. 

Realme Narzo 50A sports a 6.6-inch HD+ display with 1080 x 2408 pixels resolutions, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and 600nits brightness. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Unisoc T612 chipset paired with Mali G57 GPU for graphics. It packs 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage options that are further expandable via a microSD card. 

Moving to the camera department, the Realme Narzo 50A Prime has triple cameras at the back with a 50MP (f/1.8 aperture) primary Samsung JN1 sensor, a 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture, and a VGA B&W portrait sensor with f/2.8 aperture. There is an 8MP snapper on the front for selfies and video calls.

On the front software, the Realme Narzo 50A Prime runs on Android 11 OS with Realme UI custom skin out of the box. Connectivity options on the smartphone include 4G VoLTE, 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C for charging and data sync. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and a 3.5mm audio jack. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 164.4×75.6×8.1mm and weighs 189 grams. 

The Realme Narzo 50A Prime is priced at Indonesian Rupiah 19,99,000 (aorund Rs 10,600) for the 4GB + 64GB model and Indonesian Rupiah 21,99,000 (approx Rs Rs. 11,700) for the 4GB + 128GB version. It comes in Flash Black and Flash Blue colours and is already on sale in Indonesia. The handset is expected to launch in India as well but the timeline hasn’t been revealed by the company yet.
