Realme launched its new smartphone in Indonesia – called Realme Narzo 50A Prime. The handset features a 6.6-inch waterdrop notch display and an octa-core Unisoc T612 chipset. It also get a massive 5,000mAh battery and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The company launched Narzo 50 and Narzo 50i last year September 2021, so the Narzo 50A Prime is a new member of of Narzo 50 line up. 

The Realme Narzo 50A Prime features a 6.6-inch full-HD+ LCD display with 600nits of peak brightness. It has 2408 x 1080 pixels resolution. Talking about software, the smartphone on Android 11 OS out of the box with RealmeUI R Edition skin on the top. The device gets a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. The dual-SIM smartphone has a dual-SIM slot. The handset is 8.1mm thick and has a USB Type-C port at the bottom. 

In the camera department, the Realme Narzo 50A Prime gets a triple camera setup on the backside that houses a 50MP main sensor with an f/1.8 lens, a monochrome portrait sensor with an f/2.8 lens, and a macro sensor with an f/2.4 lens. On the front side, it comes with an 8MP AI sensor for selfies and video calling. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T612 processor paired with 4GB of RAM. 

For battery, the Realme Narzo 50A Prime packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging technology. In terms of storage capacity, it comes with up to 128GB of internal storage, though, it also has a dedicated microSD card slot, allowing users to store more data (up to 1TB). There is also a 3.5mm headphone jack. Other notable features are 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, and GPS.

For official pricing and availability, the Realme Narzo 50A Prime base model 4GB RAM + 64GB storage is priced at IDR 1,999,000 (approximately Rs. 10,600), while the 4GB + 128GB model carries a price tag of IDR 2,199,000 (approximately Rs. 11,700). The smartphone is offered in two colors, i.e. Flash Black and Flash Blue.
