CNBLUE's Jung Yong Hwa seems to be returning to the small screen. He got an offer to star in a Korean drama with Cha Tae Hyun. The news was first delivered by YTN Star. Jung Yong Hwa and Cha Tae Hyun are said to be appearing in the South Korean drama titled Brain Cooperation. 

Regarding the news, FNC Entertainment, as the management of Jung Yong Hwa, confirmed the offer. However, no decision has been made by the idol yet. The same thing was conveyed by Blossom Entertainment as Cha Tae Hyun's management. "Jung Yong Hwa is still considering the offer to appear in Brain Cooperation," said FNC Entertainment.

"Cha Tae Hyun got an offer to star in Brain Cooperation. But at this time he is still considering it," explained Blossom Entertainment. Brain Cooperation is a Korean drama that shows the collaboration between police officers who have to solve a number of complicated criminal cases. 

This Korean drama will be directed by Lee Jin Seo, who was previously successful through Becoming Billionaire, Babyfaced Beauty, and Revolutionary Sisters. Jung Yong Hwa last starred in a Korean drama through Sell Your Haunted House. He won the Excellence Award for Actor in a Mini-Series at the 2021 KBS Drama Awards.

In the same year, Cha Tae Hyun also won the Top Excellence Award category for his appearance in the Korean drama Police University. Brain Cooperation is scheduled to start filming in July 2022. If nothing changes, this South Korean drama will air in January 2023.
