Last week, Amazfit launched its Bip 3 series of smartwatches in the global market. Now, it has introduced the vanilla Amazfit Bip 3 in India. The new smartwatch features a 2.5D curved display, smartphone notifications, 24/7 heart rate monitoring, sports modes, and sleep tracking, among other features. The Amazfit Bip 3 brings some improvements over the Bip U smartwatches, which were launched back in 2020.

The Amazfit Bip 3 sports an Apple Watch-like rectangular dial and flat sides. It is pretty lightweight, weighing just 33 grams. The smartwatch flaunts a 1.69-inch TFT screen with 240 x 280 pixels resolution, AF coating, and 2.5D curved tempered glass. It comes with more than 50 watch faces and widgets. You can even create custom watch faces. The watch is compatible with smartphones running on Android 7.0 or above and iOS 12 or above.

The Amazfit Bip 3 comes with a 280mAh battery, which is said to last for up to 14 days with normal use and for a week with heavy usage.  You can pair the Bip 3 with smartphones or tablets via Bluetooth v5.0 LE. It will display notifications, calls, messages, reminders etc., and also make use of your handset’s GPS for accurate fitness tracking. It is water-resistant for up to 50 meters underwater owing to its 5ATM certified body.

The Amazfit Bip 3 features more than 60 in-built sports modes for fitness tracking. Moreover, the smartwatch packs in essential features such as BioTracker 2 PPG biometric sensor, 24/7 heart rate tracking, stress analysis, blood oxygen levels (SpO2), and women’s health. The onboard PAI Health Assessment System collects health and fitness, and data from users’ everyday activities to provide detailed statistics.

For pricing and availability, the Amazfit Bip 3 is priced at ₹3,499 in India. However, you can purchase it for a special price of ₹2,999 when it goes on sale on June 27 2022. The smartwatch comes in blue, black, and pink colourways. It will be available via American multinational technology company Amazon India.
