The Tecno Pova 3 will go on sale in India for the first time today. The device was launched in India a few days back. The handset arrives as a successor to the Pova 2 which was launched in India back in August last year. When it comes to the specifications, the Pova 3 sports a 6.9-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution. It is equipped with an octa-core Helio G88 processor which is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
The Tecno Pova 3 features a 6.9-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution. The device has a 20:9 aspect ratio panel which offers a 90Hz screen refresh rate. The smartphone has a polycarbonate build and an LED strip at the back, which glows for notifications and charging. Additionally, the handset features face unlock support and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The handset runs Android 11 out of the box with HiOS on top.
Under the hood, the Tecno Pova 3 is powered by an octa-core Helio G88 processor. The System on Chip includes 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The handset has 5GB of Virtual RAM support as well. When it comes to imaging, the device features a 50MP triple-camera setup. The front of the device includes an 8MP sensor which is accommodated inside the punch-hole cutout.
The whole package is backed by a massive 7,000mAh battery which supports 25W charging via a USB Type-C port. The smartphone also has dual stereo speakers with DTS audio support. Some of the other key features which the handset offer include dual-SIM card support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, and NFC.
For official pricing and availability, the Tecno Pova 3 smartphone will be available for sale today at an introductory price of ₹11,499. The handset can be purchased in the country via e-commerce platform website store Amazon India. The device comes in Electric Blue, Tech Silver, and Eco Black colourways.
