Actor Kim Dong Hee is acquitted of all accusations of bullying, There is no evidence

In February 2021, actor Kim Dong Hee was accused of bullying. The accusation emerged through a post on an online forum entitled 'Actor Kim Dong Hee who was born in 1999 is a bully at school'. In the post, the author gave a number of statements from a number of people who had attended the same school as Kim Dong Hee. 

He uploaded a photo of the actor while still in school in his post. Not only that, Ki Dong Hee was also accused of smoking in the classroom. He was also accused of slapping a student with a disability in the face just for fun. Regarding this news, NPIO Entertainment, as management, immediately denied it and took the matter to law. 

On December 28, 2021, Kim Dong Hee's lawyer, Jang Hyun Woo, confirmed that Kim Dong Hee had been acquitted of all charges due to lack of evidence. "Through law enforcement agencies, Kim Dong Hee has worked hard to uncover the truth of the allegations posted online in February 2021. 

In the process, he submitted the plaintiff's statement, the statement from the teacher and the album, as well as copies of elementary and middle school records," said the lawyer. However, because this incident occurred when he was in elementary school, which was a long time ago, there is no clear evidence to support his different positions and claims.  Thus, investigators have determined Kim Dong Hee is innocent. 

Kim Dong Hee's side also emphasized that the accusation of committing violence against people with disabilities was not true. Because he grew up in a family with two people with disabilities and has great respect for them. There are times when Kim Dong Hee becomes a rebellious figure because of his bad childhood, but he will never do things that are considered controversial in social life.
