Reported by a number of Korean media outlets, Kim Soo Hyun will be the main character in the Korean drama Park Ji Eun, the author of My Love From the Star. This drama is said to be the third meeting between Kim Soo Hyun and the writer.
The drama in question is titled Queen of Tears. The story is about a conglomerate family in South Korea. Queen of Tears will be directed by Lee Eung Bok, who was previously responsible for Descendants of the Sun, Goblin, and Sweet Home. Regarding this news, the Gold Medalist, as Kim Soo Hyun's management, clarified. They denied the actor's involvement in this drama.
"We have just received Kim Soo Hyun's schedule . Until now we have not received any official offers such as proposals or scripts," said Gold Medalist. Kim Soo Hyun has yet to confirm his latest acting project. He last appeared on the small screen through One Ordinary Day which aired in 2021. In this drama, Kim Soo Hyun plays opposite Cha Seung Won and is a remake of the BBC series Criminal Justice.
