The Music Bank event in Chile held at the Estadio Monumental, Santiago, on Saturday, November 12, 2022 local time was canceled due to extreme weather. It was raining heavily in the middle of the performance of several K-Kop idols, and the concert was forced to be stopped in the middle of the event for the safety of the artists and fans who came.
Several artists who participated in the event were forced to not appear to entertain fans, including NCT DREAM. From the videos spread on social media, the NCT DREAM members took the time to go up on stage and greet the fans before saying goodbye. NCT's Jaemin even wrote a long and touching message for fans in Chile through Instagram Story on his personal Instagram account on Sunday November 13, 2022. He continued, "It 's been three years since you last came to see us, and we feel so grateful for your warm welcome and love as much as three years ago." " We feel very grateful for the relentless spirit you show us, even in the middle of heavy rain. The very cold weather and heavy rain, will definitely make you vulnerable to flu.
So, we hope you come home safely," he continued. " Have a good rest at home and warm up," he added worriedly. Jaemin also did not forget to promise fans to meet them again on another occasion. He shared, " Although we are sorry for what happened, we promise that we will return to Chile to meet the fans ."
