Connect, the newest South Korean drama with the thriller genre which is the result of a collaboration between a Japanese director, Mike Takashi and famous Korean actors. It is known that this series has 6 episodes and will broadcast all six episodes globally on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 on Disney+ Hotstar.
Broadcast exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar, this series will star Jung Hae In and Go Kyung Pyo as the main characters. Not only that, this series also features a number of other well-known actors such as Kim Hye Jun, Jang Gwang, and Kim Roe Ha. Connect tells Ha Dong Soo (played by Jung Hae In), he is a new type of human who can live forever or what is known as 'Connect'.
Ha Dong Soo was kidnapped by a group of organ thieves who wanted to take his eyes. During the operation, Ha Dong Soo woke up on the operating table and he managed to escape even with one eye remaining. After that incident, Dong Soo began to realize that his missing eye was being used by a serial killer who was haunting the people of Seoul.
Dong Soo did not stay silent, he was determined to get his eyes back from the serial killer. He uses any means to get himself back in one piece. This thriller genre series is based on a popular webtoon story of the same name. The story was written by Shin Dae-Sung and released May 14, 2019 to December 8, 2020.
