WayV is confirmed to be meeting with fans in Indonesia. They will hold a concert in April 2023. This news was conveyed directly by WayV through posts on social media. Titled 2023 WayV Fanmeeting Tour [Phantom] in JAKARTA, the event will be held on April 29 2023 at ICE BSD.
In its announcement, WayV said five members would attend the fanmeeting. Fans can also look forward to the members singing hit songs and chatting with fans on stage. "[Announcement] 5 members (KUN, TEN, XIAOJUN, HENDERY, and YANGYANG) will attend the fanmeeting," wrote WayV via its Twitter account.
Until now, there is still no further information regarding ticket sales. However, this news was greeted with great fanfare by the fans. "The program is different a few days after Eid, this is the concept of halal bi halal with WayV members," wrote one of the fans under WayV's post.
"So you don't have to buy Eid clothes, it's okay to wear old ones, the important thing is to buy wayv tickets," added another. WayV is a sub-unit of NCT that focuses on carrying out promotions in China. This sub-unit consists of seven members, KUN, TEN, WINWIN, XIAOJUN, HENDERY, and YANGYANG.
WayV debuted as NCT's third sub-unit on January 17, 2019. At that time, they released the Chinese version of NCT 127's song, Regular. It is known that WayV last released an album in December 2022, through their fourth mini album which is now the title of their tour, Phantom.
