However, they also surprised fans by saying that they would soon be releasing the English version of the song 'Baetbox'. ' Beatbox ' itself is the main song from NCT Dream's second full album repackage which was released in May 2022. This statement was delivered directly by Renjun.
He said, "On March 21, 2023, two days before my birthday, we will release the English version of the song 'Beatbox', at 13.00 KST," Renjun said, as quoted by Soompi on Sunday March 12, 2023. Renjun also confirmed that the music video and digital version for the song 'Beatbox' will be released simultaneously.
"The music video and song will be released together," added Renjun. Apart from Renjun, Haechan also explained further that the music video for the English version of the song 'Beatbox' will be displayed in the lyric version of the video. Haechan confessed, "The music video will be released in the form of a lyric video, and the song will be released digitally at the same time."
Answering Haechan, Renjun personally expressed that he was very happy when recording the English version of the song 'Beatbox', because he felt the song was different from the original version. "I myself felt very happy when I recorded the English version of the song 'Beatbox'. Because the song feels very different from the original version or the Korean version," said Renjun.
Meanwhile, after completing the concert series 'The Dream Show 2: In A Dream' in Bangkok, Thailand from March 10-12 2023, NCT Dream will travel to Hong Kong to perform a concert on March 24-25 2023. Next they will start the 'The Dream Show 2: In A Dream' concert fight in Europe, starting with holding a concert in London on March 28, 2023.
