Gordon Ramsay has made a response to NCT's Mark New Song, Golden Hour. Last week, Mark released his second solo song inspired by the Ramsay incident that reciprocated his cooking. In 2018, an NCT fan uploaded a photo of an egg dish that Mark made in one of the video content.

This fan asked Gordon Ramsay's official account and wrote, "My boyfriend makes eggs... what do you think?" Gordon Ramsay, known for his outspoken comments, replied to the tweet and said, "Back to Tinder!" or hinted at the fan looking for a new girlfriend. It turns out that the tweet inspired Mark to work on the song Golden Hour.

Therefore, Mark wrote the lyrics, "I don't know how to make eggs... I'm callin' Gordon Ramsay... I'm callin' Gordon out." Wednesday, April 12, Gordon Ramsay replied to a TikTok video of Mark's performance with Golden Hour uniquely. The Hell's Kitchen presenter was seen holding his device as if waiting for a call from Mark.

"I'm still waiting for the call.... Hope the eggs are better now!" wrote Gordon Ramsay in the caption of his video in English. The song is part of SM Station: NCT Lab, a program created by SM Entertainment to showcase the vocals and abilities of NCT members. Previously, Mark released Child which is part of NCT Lab in February 2022.

This solo song is Mark's latest project in between his busy life as a member of NCT 127 and NCT Dream. With NCT 127, he completed a world tour across different continents and released an Ay-Yo repackaged album. On the other hand, Mark spoke up about NCT Dream's graduation system which caused pros and cons among fans.

At that time the members were required to leave after turning 20 years old and Mark became the first member to leave in 2018. However, SM Entertainment scrapped the system in April 2020 and decided to retain seven members as NCT Dream. "The graduation system was traumatizing but we had to deal with it.

Back at NCT Dream, I wasn't completely relieved. At that time I didn't know how the members and fans should respond but it meant that we could do something as 7Dream that we dreamed of," Mark said. Mark is currently on a world tour with NCT Dream to several continents.
