NCT's Jeno tested positive for Covid-19 by his agency, SM Entertainment on Monday, March 13, 2023. Jeno initially felt unwell then took an antigen test and the results were positive. "NCT's Jeno was not feeling well, so he received a rapid antigen test (March 13, 2023), and he tested positive for Covid-19," SM Entertainment said.

Jeno immediately stopped all his activities and he is currently quarantined. Jeno received treatment at home in accordance with guidelines from local government health authorities. As a result, NCT Dream's fansign events scheduled for today and tomorrow, March 13 and 14, 2023 will also be postponed. 

SM Entertainment has not provided information regarding NCT Dream's new fansign schedule which was forced to be delayed. "We will update you on date changes for relevant scheduled activities," he said. Jeno's health is a priority for SM Entertainment right now. 

"We will do our best so that (Jeno) can concentrate on recovery while considering the artist's health and safety as our top priority," the agency said. Jeno and his NCT Dream colleagues have just completed their concert titled THE DREAM SHOW 2 : In A Dream in Bangkok, Thailand for three days, from March 10 - 12, 2023. 

"NCT Dream captivated 35,000 fans with their concert in Thailand! All seats for the world tour are sold out, proving the power of their global ticket!" wrote on the official Instagram accounts of SM Town and NCT Dream on Monday, March 13, 2023. Before going to Thailand, NCT Dream first came to Indonesia. 

With a complete lineup, NCT Dream successfully held THE DREAM SHOW 2 : In A Dream concert on March 4, 5, and 6, 2023 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD, Tangerang. NCT Dream performed several hit songs such as We Go Up, Beatbox, Hot Sauce, and closed with Candy.
