Good news has come for fans of the boy group NCT 127. Celebrating their seventh debut anniversary on July 7, 2023, the boy group NCT 127 will hold a fan meeting titled '2023 NCT 127 7th Anniversary Fanmeeting [ Once Upon A 7ULY ]' on July 16, 2023 located at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium.
Previously fans had asked whether member Johnny would participate in the fanmeeting activities in the midst of his hiatus. After he reportedly suffered a right shoulder injury some time ago. However, in the end, SM Entertainment shared their announcement through the Kwangya Club platform, and announced Johnny's presence at the fan meeting with NCT 127 on July 16, 2023.
"Member Johnny will participate in the '2023 NCT 127 7th Anniversary Fanmeeting [Once Upon A 7ULY]' which will be held at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium on July 16 2023, at 16.00 pm," said the agency, as quoted from the Instagram account @nctzenarea on Thursday July 13, 2023.
SM Entertainment also asks for fans' understanding regarding Johnny's health condition, which is still recovering, so that the idol will not be able to perform optimally later. "Currently, it is difficult for Johnny to move excessively. So, we plan to continue this event taking into account his condition. Because it may be difficult to participate in stage performances, we ask for understanding from fans," concluded SM Entertainment.
