Diablo Cody achieved great success with his debut film Juno which won the Academy Award, BAFTA Award, Independent Spirit Award, and Writers Guild Award for Best Original Screenplay. Next, he wrote Young Adult, Tully, Lisa Frankenstein, and the cult classic Jennifer's Body.
Diablo Cody will produce the film alongside Mason Novick, his longtime collaborator who worked together on Juno , Red Eye , 500 Days of Summer , and Lisa Frankenstein. Aron Levitz, David Madden, and Jason Goldberg of Wattpad Webtoon Studios will serve as executive producers.
Meanwhile, the script for this film will be written by Isa Mazzei. Isa Mazzei has been recognized as one of the 25 New Faces of Independent Film by Filmmaker Magazine.
