One of the hit anime series this spring, Wind Breaker, has been announced to be getting a second season. The success of Wind Breaker was truly beyond expectations, where this anime stole the spotlight and received a very positive response to the point that it deserved a sequel.

Although the anime genre about school delinquents was once very popular, in recent years the genre has seen a decline in popularity, with the exception of a few big series such as Tokyo Revengers. Therefore, Wind Breaker's return to this classic genre provides a breath of fresh air for anime fans.

The first season succeeded in introducing the core characters and dynamics at Furin High well. In the next arc, they will face KEEL, a new group of delinquent children who are said to be more cruel than Shishitoren.
