For that, BTS' Jin wants to relieve longing with ARMY while celebrating their annual event FESTA 2024 through a meet and greet event. This event will be divided into two sessions, namely meet and greet aka hugging with BTS' Jin and a special performance from BTS' Jin.
In particular, BTS Jin's meet and greet event was highlighted because it allowed 1000 fans to hug him. It was also reported that Jin requested the hugging event. However, there is a special condition that fans must follow to win the chance to hug BTS' Jin. BIGHIT MUSIC will choose the fan with the most album purchases from June 2 to June 6, 2024 as a consideration.
This eventually sparked protests from fans. Some ARMYs feel that BIGHIT MUSIC is taking advantage of BTS Jin's goodwill by increasing album sales. Moreover, fans who have purchased many albums before the specified time are not counted to attend the meet and greet.

Following criticism from fans, BIGHIT MUSIC announced plans to change the requirements for BTS Jin's meet and greet. ARMY who have already purchased the albums before the specified time period will also be allowed to register. "We apologize for the unclear notification earlier and our failure to specify the registration requirements.
We will revise the requirements to include those who purchased the album on Weverse Shop after the event was announced and those who have previously purchased the album from Weverse Shop.
