"He was at a bar trying to hit on women, asking for their Instagram accounts and saying he was planning to open a Korean restaurant in Lyon. He introduced himself as Jun, claiming to be a famous singer from Korea," the netizen said as quoted by Allkpop.
The netizen then recognized Jung Joon Young and felt worried about his presence, especially when he was seen flirting and kissing other women at the venue. "I was shocked to see him there. I recognized him from the news and his personality. It's very disturbing to see someone with his history of behaving like this," he said.
After the news spread widely, many speculated that Jung Joon Young was looking for opportunities to get a job abroad.
