Ahead of its premiere, JTBC's latest Korean drama titled ' Romance in the House ' has shared preview photos showing the warm chemistry between Son Naeun and SHINee's Minho. The drama is directed by Kim Da Ye who previously worked on 'My ID Is Gangnam Beauty', while the script was written by Kim Young Yoon of 'My Secret Romance'.

'Romance in the House' tells the story of a husband who tries to reconcile with his wife, as well as a father who wants to live in the same house with his children again. Byeon Mu Jin (played by Ji Jin Hee) went bankrupt after trying various businesses until he was abandoned and could no longer be accepted by his family.

One day, he appears before his family as the owner of the building where they live. Son Naeun plays Byeon Mi Rae, the daughter of Byeon Moo Jin and Geum Ae Yeon (played by Kim Ji Soo). She works as a merchandiser for the food and beverage team at a large supermarket while also playing her role as the head of the family.

Byeon Mi Rae's peaceful life is shaken up when her father, who was estranged from his family after losing all his money due to continued business failures, returns as the new owner of the building they live in after 11 years. When she is stressed because of her father's problems, Nam Tae Pyeong (played by SHINee's Minho) always calms her down and comforts her in his own way.

Nam Tae Pyeong is a former national taekwondo athlete who is now a security guard at the supermarket where Byeon Mi Rae works. After further investigation, it turns out that Nam Tae Pyeong is the son of the supermarket owner, but he keeps his identity a secret.

Preview photos released through Instagram @jtbcdrama show heart-fluttering moments between Byeon Mi Rae and Nam Tae Pyeong, raising anticipation for the romance between the two, and how their relationship will develop.

The audience will also be treated to strong chemistry between Son Naeun and Minho on screen which will evoke the vibes of youthful romance. Meanwhile, 'Romance in the House' will premiere on August 10, 2024, every Saturday and Sunday at 22:30 KST.
