BLACKPINK's Lisa shared her heartfelt thoughts after finishing her role in HBO's hit series "The White Lotus 3". This was the Thai idol's first acting experience and Lisa immediately starred in a Hollywood project.
On April 8, 2025, Lisa shared several behind-the-scenes photos from the set on her personal Instagram account, including a striking look as she swept her signature bangs back while wearing traditional Thai clothing.
The photos give fans a glimpse into her transformation for the role and her pride in representing her heritage. In her caption, the idol expressed her gratitude for being cast in "The White Lotus 3". "What an incredible journey," she said.
"Thank you Mike White for trusting me to play Mook and bringing his character to life. It was the greatest honor to be a part of this show as my first acting gig with such an amazing cast," Lisa added. Lisa also feels proud to be able to help promote her home country to the world through "The White Lotus 3".
"I am very proud to be able to share my culture and show the beauty of Thailand to the world," said the singer of the song "Rockstar". Lisa also revealed that her character in "The White Lotus 3" managed to change her life.
"Mook has changed my life in a way where I can learn more about myself and my abilities," said the idol who will soon perform solo at Coachella 2025. However, Lisa seemed to deny that her night would feel empty after "The White Lotus 3" ended.
"My Sunday night might feel much emptier, but I was able to close 'The White Lotus'' with all my heart," said the idol.
