The Korean drama Pump Up the Healthy Love highlights the struggles of those who have difficulty loving their natural bodies. 'Pump Up the Healthy Love' follows the story of Do Hyun Joong (played by Lee Jun Young), a bodybuilder who won first place in a world bodybuilding competition.

One day, Do Hyun Joong suddenly disappears and switches to managing an old fitness center. Lee Mi Ran (played by Jung Eun Ji), an assistant manager at a travel agency who rarely exercises, suddenly enters Do Hyun Joong's fitness center after a breakup.

She is determined to have an ideal body shape before she reunites with her ex-boyfriend at a wedding. The man ends up becoming a trainer and cheerleader who helps Lee Mi Ran realize her dreams and love her body.

Pump Up the Healthy Love airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 21:50 KST on KBS2. The latest episodes of the Korean drama Pump Up the Healthy Love can be watched legally with English subtitles on Viu.
