Super Junior's Kyuhyun and his agency, Antenna, have taken action to report negative comments received by their artist. These comments began to appear after he joined the show The Devil's Plan: Death Room.

The Devil's Plan is a survival show that brings together contestants to complete various games and win money. Kyuhyun was one of the contestants who joined, but received criticism for his playing style with actresses Yoon So Hee and Jung Hyun Gyu.

The criticism continued to roll after all episodes of The Devil's Plan were released. On a different occasion, Kyuhyun explained, but the criticism continued to emerge. Kyuhyun said the production team did not air everything and will explain from their side.

He also emphasized that the participants of The Devil's Plan are good friends and understand each other. "Recently, we have confirmed several actions targeting our artist Kyuhyun that violate his freedom of expression and character.

Malicious posts regarding calls to disrupt activities, spreading false information, abusive language, and sexual harassment are causing concern not only for the artist but also for the condition of fans," Antenna explained on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

“Therefore, we are preparing a lawsuit based on the evidence we have collected through reports and monitoring results,” they said. In the future, they also asked for fans' participation to report if they find posts that are negative and attack Kyuhyun.

"We will continue to take legal action to deal with insults or similar actions targeting our artists. We will do our best to safeguard our artists' rights, thank you," agency said.
