While busy filming the latest SBS drama, "Sold Out Again Today," Ahn Hyo Seop received another offer. The actor, who gained popularity for his role in the Korean drama "Business Proposal," has been cast as the main character in the Korean drama "The Final Table" (working title).

Ahn Hyo Seop was cast to play a chef named Kang Han. In the story, he's portrayed as a mysterious figure with the alias Chris K. The offer for the Korean-Canadian actor was reported by SPOTV News on Friday (September 5, 2025).

Ahn Hyo Seop's management, The Present Company, confirmed it but has not yet confirmed whether he will accept it. "This is one of the projects offered to him and is currently under consideration," said management in an official statement.

They must outdo each other to determine who deserves the title of best Korean chef. Chris K, also known as Kang Han, left South Korea in elementary school.

He spent 25 years abroad, and no one knew anything about his past. There are no details yet about The Final Chef, including a screenwriter and director. Ahn Hyo Seop recently visited Jakarta for a fan meeting, greeting fans after his first visit following the success of Business Proposal.

The event titled 2025 Ahn Hyo Seop Fanmeeting I Want To Say (Love, Jakarta) was held at Hall D2 JIEXPO Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, on Saturday August 23, 2025. Here, Ahn Hyo Seop had fun with fans through various chat segments and a mini concert.
