On Wednesday (September 3, 2025), local Korean media outlet SPOTV News reported that Ahn Hyo Seop received an offer for the drama project The Final Table . This was confirmed by The Present Company, his agency.
"This is a project that has been offered to Ahn Hyo Seop and he is currently reviewing it," said an agency representative. The Final Table will follow the stories of talented Korean chefs from around the world who compete in The Table: K-Chef 2026.
The prestigious event is held to determine the champion as the best Korean chef. If accepted, Ahn Hyo Seop will play Kang Han, a mysterious Korean chef named Chris K. He left his homeland 25 years ago, when he was still in elementary school.
Kang Han lives a low-key life abroad. Meanwhile, Ahn Hyo Seop is busy filming the drama Sold Out Again Today , which is scheduled to air in 2026. He co-stars with Chae Won Bun as Matthew Lee in the project.
