BTS's Jungkook sternly reprimanded a woman who tried to break into his house ahead of his birthday celebration. The youngest member of South Korean boy group BTS is now 28 years old. However, an unexpected incident has left him furious.
Early Monday morning (September 1, 2025), BTS's Jungkook celebrated his birthday with fans during a live broadcast. During the event, he also spoke about an incident that intruded on his privacy. He alluded to a woman who pretended to be his friend, despite being confronted by the police.
BTS's Jungkook emphasized that fans should also set boundaries when idolizing someone. "I was monitoring everything on my house's CCTV. When I heard the police coming, the intruder tried to break out through the basement parking lot but was eventually caught.
He claimed to be my friend," said BTS' Jungkook, as reported by Koreaboo. "ARMY is like family and friends to me, but I have to emphasize that giving support is fine, but wrong things are still wrong," he stressed.
Furthermore, BTS's Jungkook stated that he would not hesitate to lock up an ARMY who dared to enter his basement parking lot, even to the point of directly contacting the police. The incident angered many other ARMYs, who condemned the actions of the woman in her 40s.
"If you come, I will lock you inside. Everything will be recorded as evidence and you will be dragged by the police. If you enter my parking lot, you will be trapped until I open the door. CCTV is everywhere. If you don't want to end up in the police station, don't ever come in," said BTS' Jungkook.
Previously, on Sunday (August 31, 2025), the Yongsan Police Department confirmed that a Korean woman had been arrested on charges of burglary. She entered the parking lot of BTS's Jungkook's house around 11:20 PM KST, just minutes before Jungkook celebrated his 28th birthday.
The woman was finally arrested on the spot after BTS's Jungkook reported her to the police. The Yongsan Police Department is currently investigating the motive behind her reckless actions. This isn't the first time BTS's Jungkook has faced ARMYs attempting to enter his home illegally.
Shortly after completing his military service on Wednesday (June 11, 2025), a Chinese woman in her 30s was caught trying to enter a password in front of BTS's Jungkook's house and was arrested by the Yongsan Police Department.
