More than a month after the release of her latest single "Click," BLACKPINK's Jisoo apparently has something special in store for fans. She will be releasing another new song next month. This new song will be released as a digital single.
Titled "ADDICTED," it will be available on all streaming platforms starting October 30th. Jisoo teased her new single via a social media post, showing a stormy sky with purple lightning flashing, forming a heart logo.
ADDICTED continues its dark and mysterious feel, following its dystopian concept in the music video for "Click" last September 2026. BLISSOO's management hasn't revealed much information about the single "ADDICTED."
According to the link in Jisoo's Instagram bio, fans can pre-save the song on streaming platforms to receive notifications when it's released. Will Jisoo collaborate with a big name again on ADDICTED?
She previously did this with the release of Click, both in the music and the music video. The song "Click" was written by Jisoo with Caroline Ailin, Nolan Lambroza (Sir Nolan), Simon Says, and Simon Wilcox.
Sir Nolan and Simon Says served as producers for the single. Caroline Ailin is the artist behind Dua Lipa's hit song, "New Rules." She also previously worked on KATSEYE's hit song, "Touch."
Nolan Lambroza, also known as Sir Nolan, is the man behind Nick Jonas's single "Jealous" (with Simon Wilcox) and several Selena Gomez songs, including "Ring" and "Rare." He also collaborated with Simon Says on those two tracks.
The MV Click was directed by Joseph Kahn, a Korean-American director who has previously collaborated with many famous musicians such as Taylor Swift and Britney Spears.
Joseph Kahn is the man behind the iconic Backstreet Boys' MVs Everybody (1997), Britney Spears' Stronger (2000), Blank Space (2014) and Taylor Swift's Look What You Made Me Do (2017).
