Kylie Jenner received harsh criticism from senior model Adrianne Curry after appearing in the 2026 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The first winner of America's Next Top Model questioned Victoria's Secret's decision to choose Kylie to wear the diamond-studded Fantasy Bra worth US$ 50 million.

Adrianne bluntly claimed Kylie doesn't have a model's body. She also questioned why the reality star was given the opportunity to wear one of the most special outfits in the lingerie show. "There's nothing personal about Kylie Jenner, but you're not a model," Adrianne said.

The 44-year-old model also took a dig at Victoria's Secret's decision to give Kylie the Fantasy Bra, which she appeared on the runway wearing with the luxury bra and a pair of iconic wings.

"The dress is supposed to be for the most radiant figure. It's for the best Victoria's Secret Angel. It's like you win the title of prom queen, and then it's just given to Jenner," she said. Adrianne's criticism didn't stop at Kylie.

She also felt Victoria's Secret had lost its identity and prestige compared to the lingerie brand's heyday. "In 2010, I think Victoria's Secret still meant something. Now, the brand has lost its meaning," she said.

Adrianne also criticized Victoria's Secret's approach to diversity in model selection. She said the brand now relies too heavily on celebrity popularity and focuses less on discovering new talent.

She then cited Adriana Lima, discovered through a modeling search in Brazil before becoming one of Victoria's Secret's most iconic Angels, as an example. She argued that Victoria's Secret was once able to create supermodels through its own runway shows, rather than simply capitalizing on the fame of public figures.

"She (Adrina Lima) wasn't a big influencer. Nobody knew her at the time. Victoria's Secret was creating superstars back then, not relying on other people's diversity and celebrity to make their brand shine," Adrianne said.

Adrianne's statement sparked mixed reactions on social media. Several X-rated users supported her criticism and argued that Victoria's Secret should be more proactive in seeking new models.
