The Acer Predator Helios 300 Gaming Laptop has been launched in India. It is powered by the 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11900H processor. Acer claims that the new Predator Helios 300 has the highest refresh rate in India when it comes to gaming laptops. The laptop comes with 16GB of DDR4 RAM and features DTS:X Ultra audio technology.
The Acer Predator Helios 300 Gaming Laptop features a 15.6-inch full-HD IPS with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. The device has an LED-backlit TFT LCD display with a peak brightness of 300 nits, 100 percent sRGB coverage, and an aspect ratio of 16:9. The gaming laptop is also configurable as a 15.6-inch QHD display with a refresh rate of 165Hz.
Under the hood, the Acer Predator Helios 300 Gaming Laptop is powered by an octa-core 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11900H CPU (4.90 GHz Turbo, 8 cores, and 16 threads). Acer claims that it is so powerful that it will be able to run even the most demanding AAA games. The laptop comes with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 along with up to 32GB of 3200MHz DDR4 memory. Moreover, it runs on Windows 11 out-of-the-box.
As the game heats up, so will your laptop. Acer’s fifth-gen AeroBlade 3D Fan Technology promises to “keep airflow strong, frames high, and temps low” with its “wind-guiding optimization of Vortex Flow”. The Acer Predator Helios 300 Gaming Laptop has a webcam with 720p HD audio and video recording. It also comes with two speakers with DTS:X Ultra audio for a 360-degree surround sound experience.
When it comes to connectivity options, the Acer Predator Helios 300 Gaming Laptop supports Bluetooth v5.1, HDMI port, USB Type-C Thunderbolt 4 port, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, and a USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, along with Intel’s Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX 1650i. The gaming laptop has a four-zone RGB keyboard to round off the “gaming laptop” experience.
As for pricing and availability, the Acer Predator Helios 300 Gaming Laptop comes with a price tag of ₹1,44,999. It can be purchased via the Acer Online Store, Acer Exclusive Stores, Flipkart, and other Acer-authorised retail stores. Moreover, the company is offering a one-year international traveller warranty on purchase of the laptop. It will be available in a sole black colour variant.
