Vivo sub-owned brand, iQOO is gearing up to launch its 9 series of flagship devices in India on February 23. According to Passionate Geekz, the line-up will start at around Rs. 35,000-40,000 and will include three models, namely, 9 SE, 9, and 9 Pro. The India-specific iQOO 9 models will be slightly different from their Chinese counterparts and they will retail via e-commerce platform website Amazon.

The iQOO 9 SE, 9, and 9 Pro will arrive in India as the company's latest flagship smartphones. The 9 SE model will be the most affordable choice and it will rival the Samsung S21 FE 5G, OnePlus 9RT,and  Xiaomi 11T Pro. The iQOO 9 and 9 Pro will take on premium models like the Samsung Galaxy S22 series and iPhone 12/13 models.

The iQOO 9 SE, 9, and 9 Pro will bear a 6.62-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED, a 6.56-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED, and a 6.78-inch QHD+ AMOLED display, respectively, with 120Hz refresh rate. The 9 Pro will also have LTPO 2.0 technology, 1,500-nits of peak brightness, and 360Hz touch sampling rate. The India-specific iQOO 9 series will have a centrally-aligned punch-hole cut-out, slim bezels, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

In terms of optics, the iQOO 9 SE will likely flaunt a triple rear camera setup comprising a 48MP primary sensor and two supporting lenses. The 9 will have a 48MP main camera, 13MP ultra-wide snapper, and a 12MP telephoto lens. The 9 Pro is said to have a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 16MP telephoto snapper. The trio might have a 16MP selfie camera.

Under the hood, the India-bound iQOO 9 SE, 9, and 9 Pro will be powered by a Snapdragon 888, Snapdragon 888+, and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, respectively, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. At the heart, the line-up will boot Android 12-based Funtouch OS 12. They will pack a 4,500mAh, 4,350mAh, and 4,700mAh battery, respectively, with up to 120W fast-charging support.

As per Passionate Geeks, For pricng and availability, the iQOO 9 SE will be priced around Rs. 35,000-40,000 while the 9 model will start around Rs. 43,000-47,000. The top-tier 9 Pro will cost around Rs. 55,000-58,000. However, the official details will be announced by the Chinese tech company on February 23.
