Nokia G21 smartphone unveiled in Europe as the successor of the Nokia G20 which was revealed last year 2021. As for the key highlights, the handset comes with a fast refresh rate waterdrop notch display, a 90Hz fast refresh rate, Unisoc octa-core chipset, triple rear camera, big battery, fast charging, and more. The company has improved the camera, battery, and display this time.

Nokia G21 features a 6.5 inches LCD display with a 90Hz fast refresh rate, HD+ resolution, and 20:9 aspect ratio. The handset is powered with a Unisoc T610 octa-core chipset that comes coupled with ARM Mali G75-MP1 GPU. It is accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage that can be extended via a microSD card slot. The device comes running on Android 11 and the company promises two Android updates means you will get up to Android 13.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Nokia G21 boasts a triple rear camera that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel portrait lens. The rear camera comes with features such as super-resolution and Night mode. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the waterdrop notch. 

The Nokia G21 is packed with a 5050mah battery and supports 18W fast charging but the company bundled a 10W charger.  Connectivity options on the smartphone are said to include Wi-Fi, NFC, USB Type-C, FM radio, 3G, and 4G. Sensors on the phone are rumoured to include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, and proximity sensor.

The official pricing and availability details of the Nokia G21 will be announced at the time of its launch. However, based on the leaked specifications and features, the smartphone may start at around €170. The company offered it in two color variants Nordic Blue and Dusk. The handset will be available for purchase in Europe very soon.
