Realme is gearing up to launch its latest budget-range smartphone, called the Narzo 50, in India. In the latest development, a listing of the handset was spotted on Amazon by tipster Yogesh Brar. However, it was taken down quickly. The listing confirms that the device will be available via e-commerce platform Amazon. It is expected to make its debut in India in the first half of March 2022.

The Amazon listing of the Narzo 50 has surprised many. Traditionally, Realme devices have retailed via Flipkart as well as the company's official e-store. However, things are looking different this time around. Realme's partnership with Amazon can be seen as an attempt by the company to reach a wider audience and fuel its growth in the country.

The Realme Narzo 50 is expected to bear a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will likely have a punch-hole display with a noticeable bottom bezel and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. On the rear, it will sport a triple camera unit.

Under the hood, the Realme Narzo 50 is expected to be fueled by a MediaTek Dimensity 720 chipset, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. On the front software, it will boot Android 11-based Realme UI OS out of the box. For connectivity, the smartphone should offer support for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and a Type-C port.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme Narzo 50 will be equipped with a triple rear camera unit, comprising a 50MP primary shooter and two unspecified sensors. Up front, it will have a single selfie snapper. The smartphone will pack a 4,880mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support.

The official pricing and availability of the Realme Narzo 50 will be announced by the Chinese tech company at the time of its launch. However, going by the leaked specifications and features, we expect it to cost around Rs. 15,000. The smartphone will be offered in Gray, Green, Speed Black, and Speed Blue color options.
