South Korean tech giant, Samsung is gearing up to launch its Galaxy M33 5G handset in India soon. According to 91mobiles, it is likely to be launched "by the end of February or the first week of March 2022." The mid-range smartphone is expected to feature an AMOLED screen, the unannounced Exynos 1200 chipset, a 6,000mAh battery, and it should run on Android 12 OS.

Samsung's Galaxy M series of devices offer good value for money thanks to their competitive features and reliability. The Galaxy M33 5G will come as a successor to the existing M32 5G model that was launched last year 2021. The production of the smartphone has started at the company's Greater Noida factory. It will rival other mid-range devices from brands like OnePlus, Realme, Vivo and Xiaomi.

The Samsung Galaxy M33 5G is expected to bear a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The smartphone will likely sport a waterdrop notch design with rounded corners, a noticeable bottom bezel, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. At the rear, it is rumored to be equipped with a quad camera unit.

Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G will likely be powered by an Exynos 1200 processor, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. On the front software, it should boot Android 12 OS and pack a 6,000mAh battery with 25W fast-charging support. For connectivity, the smartphone will offer support for 5G, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a Type-C port.

In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G is said to flaunt a quad rear camera setup comprising a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, a 5MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth camera. For selfies and video calls, a 13MP or 32MP front-facing snapper is expected. The smartphone pack a 6,000mAh battery with 25W fast-charging support.

The official pricing and availability details of the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G smartphone will be announced by the South Korean tech company at the time of launch, which may happen by February-end or the first week of March 2022. However, based on its specifications, the handset may cost around Rs. 20,000.
