Chinese tech manufacturer, Realme is gearing up to launch its 9 Pro series of smartphones in India on February 16. Ahead of the launch, Equal Leaks has shared images of the retail box of the upcoming models. While the variant details are unclear, the 9 Pro will have a box price of Rs. 18,999 and the 9 Pro+ will carry a sticker price of Rs. 24,999.

The Realme 9 Pro series is expected to strengthen the company's foothold in the mid-range segment by offering premium features at an affordable price. The leaked prices are in line with earlier rumors. However, since these are box prices, we can safely assume that the 9 Pro and 9 Pro+ will be launched with lower price-tags of around Rs. 16,999 and Rs. 22,999, respectively.

The Realme 9 Pro series will have a punch-hole design with a noticeable bottom bezel. The 9 Pro will sport a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, while the 9 Pro+ will feature an in-display fingerprint reader. The former will bear a 6.59-inch Full-HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, whereas the latter will offer a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, the Realme 9 Pro and 9 Pro+ will be powered by a Snapdragon 695 and MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. They will house a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support and a 4,500mAh battery with 66W fast-charging capability, respectively.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme 9 Pro will flaunt a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 64MP main shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. The Realme 9 Pro+ will have a similar arrangement but with a 50MP primary shooter. They will feature 16MP selfie snappers. At the heart, they will boot Android 12-based Realme UI.

Going by the leaked box prices, we expect the Realme 9 Pro and 9 Pro+ to cost around Rs. 16,999 and Rs. 22,999, respectively. However, the official pricing and availability details of the smartphones will be announced by the Chinese tech company at the time of their launch on February 16.
