Realme is gearing up to launch its flagship GT 2 series of handsets in India. In the latest development, MySmartPrice has claimed that the top-end GT 2 Pro model will make its debut in the country by the end of this month. The report has also revealed the RAM, storage, and color options of the smartphone. It was first announced in China in January 2022.

The Realme GT 2 Pro is the company's most advanced smartphone to date. It was introduced with a few "world's first innovations," including Paper Tech Master design and HyperSmart antenna switching technology, among others. Ever since its debut, people in India have been waiting to get their hands on the phone. Its arrival is bound to turn up the heat in the flagship segment.

The Realme GT 2 Pro sports a 6.7-inch QHD+ (1440x3216 pixels) LTPO AMOLED display with a 1-120Hz refresh rate and 1400-nits of peak brightness. The smartphone bears a punch-hole cut-out on the top-left corner, slim bezels, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the rear, it has a rectangular camera unit.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme GT 2 Pro flaunts a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP (f/1.8) primary shooter, a 50MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP microscope lens. On the front, it has a 32MP (f/2.4) selfie snapper. On the front software, it boots Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 OS out of the box.

Under the hood, the Realme GT 2 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, combined with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. It houses a 5,000mAh battery with 65W fast-charging support. For connectivity options, the smartphone offers support for Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, 5G, and a Type-C port.

The official pricing and availability details of the Realme GT 2 Pro in India will be announced by the  Chinese tech company at the time of its launch. For reference, it starts at CNY 3,899 (around Rs. 47,200) in China. In India, it will be offered in Paper White, Paper Green, and Steel Black colors.
