Realme V25 5G was unveiled in China as the tweaked version of Realme 9 Pro 5G that was revealed in India last month. The handset comes with a Qualcomm’s octa-core chipset, fast refresh rate punch-hole display, big battery, fast charging, triple rear camera, Light Shift Design in which the rear panel changes from light blue to red when exposed to sunlight, and more.
Realme V25 5G bears a 6.6 inches IPS LCD display with a 120Hz fast refresh rate, Full-HD+ ( 1080 x 2400 pixels ) resolution, and 20:9 aspect ratio. For connectivity options, the handset includes 5G, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 5, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of dimensions, the smartphone has a thickness of 8.5mm and weighs 195 grams.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme V25 5G features a triple rear camera that includes a 64-megapixel main sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone sports a 16-megapixel selfie camera under the punch-hole at the top left corner. On the front software, the device is running on Android 12 OS with Realme UI 3.0 skin on top.
Under the hood, the Realme V25 5G is powered with a Snapdragon 695 octa-core chipset that comes coupled with an Adreno 619 GPU. It is accompanied by 12Gb of LPDDR4X RAM and using the Dynamic expansion technology the users will be able to extend the RAM up to 19GB and 256GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage. The handseet is packed with a 5000mah battery and supports 33W fast charging.
For pricing and availability, the Realme V25 5G comes in a solo configuration of 12GB + 256GB priced at 1,999 yuan ( Rs. 24,000 approx ). The Chinese tech company offered the smartphone in three color options namely Morning Star, Purple MSI, and Sky Black. The device will go for sale on March 4 in China.
