iQOO Z6 Pro 5G was announced in India as the new upper mid-range device from Vivo’s sub-brand. Although, A few weeks back iQOO unveiled the iQOO Z6 5G and the company unveiled the Pro and 4G models today. As for the key highlights, the handset comes with a fast refresh rate AMOLED display, Qualcomm’s 700 series chipset, 64MP triple camera, big battery, fast charging, and more.
iQOO Z6 Pro 5G features a 6.44 inches AMOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution, 90Hz fast refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, HDR 10+ support, and 1300 nits peak brightness. Under the hood, the phone is packed with Snapdragon 778G octa-core chipset that comes coupled with Adreno 642L GPU. It is accompanied by 12GB of RAM with up to 4GB of virtual RAM support and 256GB of internal storage.
In terms of camera department, the iQOO Z6 Pro 5G boasts a triple rear camera that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with 116 degrees Field of View, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The smartphone sports a 16-megapixel front-facing camera under the waterdrop notch. The company claims that the handset scores a whopping 5,50,00+ score on Antutu 9 benchmark which is impressive for the mid-ranger.
The iQOO Z6 Pro 5G comes running on Android 12 out of the box with Funtouch OS 12 skin on top. The smartphone is equipped with a 4700mah battery and 66W fast charging. For connectivity options, the handset includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors onboard, the smartphone sports accelerometer, ambient light, magnetometer, proximity sensor, and an under-display fingerprint sensor. The device measures 159.6 x 73.5 x 8.49mm and weighs 187 grams.
As for the official pricing and availability, iQOO Z6 Pro 5G comes in three configurations: 6GB + 128GB priced at Rs. 23,999, 8GB + 128GB priced at Rs. 24,999 and 12GB + 256GB priced at Rs. 28,999. The Chinese tech company offered the smartphone in two colour options namely Legion Sky and Phantom Dusk. The handset will go for sale during the Amazon Summer sale event.
