Vivo Y75 is the latest offering in the mid-range segment from the Chinese tech company that went official in India. It comes in a single storage variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage and costs Rs 20,999. The smartphone features two colours: Dancing Waves and Moonlight Shadow.
While the former is a traditional Black variant, the latter has a striking design that makes the smartphone stand out from the competition. The back features glass and is anti-fingerprint coated; the Dancing Waves is undoubtedly what you should look forward to if you’re interested in getting one.
The other reason to buy the Vivo Y75 could be its slimmest form factor as it only weighs 7.41mm in thickness, the Dancing Waves model, in particular, and weighs 172 grams. The device comes with an AMOLED screen measuring 6.44-inches and in Full HD+ resolution on the front. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Helio G96 chipset from MediaTek. An additional virtual 4GB of RAM accompanies the 8GB built-in RAM option.
In terms of optics, there is a 44MP selfie shooter, and a triple rear camera system is present in terms of optics—the 50MP acts as the primary sensor coupled with an 8MP wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro shooter. The rear cameras support Eye Autofocus, Night, Ultra-Wide Night, Super Macro, Bokeh Portrait, Portrait Filters, Bokeh Flare Portrait, and more.
The front camera also has AI Extreme Night, Autofocus, Steadiface Selfie Video, Multi-Style Portrait, Video Face Beauty, Double Exposure, Dual-View Video, High resolution(44MP), Live Photo, and AR Stickers modes. The connectivity options on the handset include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS and OTG support; there is an additional microSD card expansion as well, with a respective slot alongside Dual SIM.
