One of the idols from South Korea, Hoshi Seventeen, was recently reported to have bought a new luxury apartment in the Gangnam area. Adapting Allkpop on Tuesday May 28, 2024, Hoshi, a member of the group Seventeen, has bought an apartment worth around 5 billion KRW (around 3.75 million USD).
According to the Supreme Court Registration Office on the 27th, Hoshi completed the registration after purchasing the ' Brighton N40 ' unit in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul for 5.086 billion KRW in July last year.
It is assumed that Hoshi purchased the apartment entirely with cash, as there was no registered mortgage on the property. This apartment, which has a floor area of 149 square meters (approximately 45.07 pyeong), is also owned by broadcaster Yoo Jae Suk and actress Han Hyo Joo.
In particular, Hoshi is now known as the youngest owner among those to have completed the transfer of ownership from Brighton developer N40. The Hoshi Apartment, which is worth around IDR 60 billion, certainly has extraordinary luxury.
