Another female Kpop idol has been appointed as a brand ambassador for a global sportswear product. After BLACKPINK's Jisoo with Alo Yoga, now there is LE SSERAFIM's Kazuha as a representative for Lululemon.
On Wednesday May 7, 2025, Lululemon proudly announced its newest brand ambassador, LE SSERAFIM's Kazuha on Instagram. In the released photo, the member of the Japanese Kpop group LE SSERAFIM showed off her flexibility as a former professional ballerina.
Before entering the Korean entertainment industry and changing direction to become a Kpop idol, LE SSERAFIM's Kazuha had participated in various world ballet championships. The owner of the full name Nakamura Kazuha has been involved in ballet and contemporary dance since she was two years old.
LE SSERAFIM's Kazuha studied at the Hashimoto Sachiyo Ballet School in Osaka, Japan. She then continued her ballet school in Breda, Netherlands for one year, before starting her traineeship under the entertainment agency Source Music in 2020.
The story of Kazuha challenging herself to pursue something new and becoming a Kpop idol is summarized in the documentary LE SSERAFIM, The World Is My Oyster, which airs on the HYBE LABELS YouTube channel. "Introducing our newest ambassador, KAZUHA, who lives by the belief that movement is the most powerful way to express herself.
From a professional ballerina to a Kpop star, she continues to grow as an artist and pushes herself to make what is possible," reads the caption on Lululemon's Instagram account. The news was released along with two photos of LE SSERAFIM's Kazuha in the Lululemon campaign.
She wears a blue bra and leggings from the latest collection, which emphasize her slim stomach and abdominal muscles. Before Kazuha, there were racing driver Lewis Hamilton, golfer Max Homa, and basketball player Jordan Clarkson who were chosen as brand ambassadors for Lululemon.
Nathan Chang, vice president of Lululemon Asia-Pacific region, appreciates LE SSERAFIM's Kazuha who continues to develop her potential. Initially a professional ballerina to becoming a Kpop idol. The singer of Perfect Night continues to express herself through movement and an active lifestyle.
"She (LE SSERAFIM's Kazuha) expresses herself and feels alive by having an active lifestyle, and she has found happiness in every moment. I hope this partnership will help more people feel the importance of movement and discover their potential," said Nathan Chang.
