SHINee's Minho will show his daily life full of enthusiasm in triathlon training through the MBC variety program 'I Live Alone'. The episode, which will air on July 11, 2025, will showcase a different side of Minho, known for his blazing charisma on stage and his diverse charms through drama and theater.

He's also now garnering attention as the "King of Sports" among K-pop idols, mastering various sports. In the episode, viewers will be introduced to Minho's unique morning routine. He admitted that he often has trouble waking up because he "likes sleeping in too much."

Even more surprising, Minho sets up to 20–40 alarms at one-minute intervals to help him wake up, surprising the Rainbow members on 'I Live Alone'. Additionally, Minho's house, where he has lived for five years, will also be revealed.

With its cozy gray and wood interior, Minho revealed that this house was his first and that he chose it for a special reason that instantly made him fall in love. Shortly after waking up, within just 10 minutes, Minho rushed to the gym.

With the motto "Let's challenge ourselves!", he revealed that he had been training for a triathlon for the past three months. Despite only two months of training, Minho managed to secure top spot in his first competition. He is now preparing for the upcoming November competition with intensive training.

The released stills show Minho with a muscular body and a determined look in his eyes as he trains. Under the guidance of a coach who shouts, "Hold on! Hold on!", Minho undergoes rigorous training, from swimming against strong currents to cycling up challenging hilly trails.
